Avonvale have turned out to be an excellent company to deal with. You were very clear when you came and provided very useful input to us. I can also see that your cutting plan saved us money where a less experienced person would not have.

I then visited the shop and Amy was extremely helpful and very very knowledgable. The three guys today Steve, Aaron and James have worked incredibly well, such great teamwork. Everyone we have encountered is a credit to your business.

So pleased to have found and dealt with a brilliant local company and we got real value for money.

Hi Paul. Just to say a big thank you to you and all of the team (including your carpenter) who have done a great job on the carpet upstairs. James and your other fitters could not have been nicer - they were a real pleasure to have around. They dealt with the "floor" issue very professionally. We have just had the whole of our house re carpeted and are absolutely over the moon with the effect. The carpet fitters were extremely efficient, tidy and friendly. Paul Ivory dealt with the whole process in an amazing way enabling what can be a very stressful event to flow brilliantly. My daughter had died last year so to move all of her belongings in her room was very emotional for me. Paul offered brilliant support and understanding suggesting carpets be fitted over two weeks. I cannot thank him enough for helping me through this process.

Avonvale Carpets have just fitted our bathroom out with the most devine vinyl I have ever seen. The whole process from start to finish was carried out very professionally. The fitters were excellent, and carried out the job to absolute perfection. Thank you so much, I am one very happy bunny :-)

I also wanted to let you know that the service from when I came into the shop to fitting was exceptional. Your straightforward approach and excellent product knowledge was streets ahead of other companies I had spoken to. The measuring by your father was also straightforward, he echoed your advice and the estimate was the cheapest I received for higher quality carpets. Both of you had a modern approach and listened to my preferences before giving your expert opinion (which was so refreshing). Finally the fitters were so speedy, friendly and upbeat. I just wanted to firstly let you know that I have transferred online the final payment for our new carpets and to also say a huge thank you for the professional service we received. From the minute I first walked in and met Amy through to the day of fitting. Everyone has been really helpful, (supportive in my indecision!) friendly and the carpets are wonderful!
